Devon
Salon Owner / Stylist
Devon is the Senior Stylist and Salon Owner. Devon has been in the beauty industry since 1998, and is native to Union County. She has two teenage boys. She enjoys attending their sporting events, having family get-togethers, reading and motorcycles.
Devon loves learning new haircutting techniques and is a real stickler for customer service. She strives to build relationships with her clients that is helps her give them just the cut and color they desire. Her southern charm and years of experience are a perfect combination when you looking for a new stylist.
Debbie

Debbie is a Registered Nurse and has been practicing nursing for 32 years.
Debbie lives in Monroe with her husband (Dr. Philip Walk) and their toy poodle Ginger. Prior to skin care Debbie worked in the Operating Room primarily in Open Heart Surgery. Debbie has been providing Medical Skin Peels in the Monroe, NC area for the past 16 years. These peels (offered only through Physicians) are beneficial for sensitive skin, dry skin, acne prone skin, Rosacea, and sun damaged skin. These peels leave the skin feeling very smooth after the treatment.
As a Nurse, Debbie likes helping people with problematic skin. Debbie herself suffered severe cystic acne in the past and feels that experience helped prepare her for the work she does today. For Debbie skin care has been the most rewarding work in her Nursing career. Debbie feels blessed to offer her services to others in a way that helps to lift their self-esteem. Debbie will be happy to help you with your skin care needs.
Angela
Angela is a native of the area. She graduated from the Aveda Institute of Charlotte in 2007 and has been a hairstylist in the Indian Trail area ever since. She can take care of the whole families’ styling needs from kids cuts, to men and women cuts, styling and color. Angela’s specialty is creating beautifully blended multidimensional highlights and lowlights.
If you are looking for something a little less subtle, Angela can handle that too, all while maintaining the integrity of every clients hair.
Casi
Casi has had a passion and love for the hair and beauty industry most of her life. With years of experience she has mastered a range of cutting and coloring techniques. Casi truly believes in the importance of education and continuing to learn the latest trends, techniques and products in the industry.
She has worked as a product educator for Alterna Hair Care and has studied in Las Vegas, under celebrity director Michael Shaun Corby. She also places high value on listening to each of her clients and understanding their wants and needs, providing the best possible experience. Casi is skilled in various cutting and coloring services including highlights/lowlights, ombre` and balayage.
Olga
Olga is married and has 3 wonderful children, 2 boys and a girl. She developed an interest in the beauty industry while watching her mother, who was a hair stylist as she grew up. Olga decided to pursue her own career as a cosmetologist, now that all her children are school aged. She attended Empire Beauty School of Concord, and graduated with honors. Her specialties include highlights/lowlights, color, and men's and women's cuts. She also enjoys doing formal hair and perms!
Olga would love to give you a new look, whether it be a bold bob or a new head of highlights! She is eager to please her clients and is always exploring new techniques and trends.
Hayley
Hayley is native to Union County and graduated with a degree in cosmetology from the Union County Career Center & Sun Valley High School. She has been working in a salon for 24 years now. Hayley is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two teenage boys.
She loves the flexibility that working in a salon gives her. She enjoys making her clients feel beautiful on the inside and out. Hayley particularly enjoys working with children and elderly clients. She likes to spend time getting to know her clients, and hopes others see the love of Jesus in her. In her time away from the salon she likes to hunt, fish, garden, decorate her home, go to church and spend time with her family. We are lucky to have this bundle of joy & energy as a part of our Felicity Family!
Hamida
Hamida is a native of Coral Springs, Florida, but has called NC home for 13 years now.
She attended Margate International School of Beauty, in Florida, and has worked in a salon for over 20 years now. She is married and has 3 fur babies. She enjoys giving her clients individualized attention whether getting a cut, color, highlights or just a blow out. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, fishing, jewelry making and cooking. Hamida adds a fun flare to Felicity Beauty!
Michelle
Michelle has over 30 years experience in the beauty industry. She is a graduate of Piedmont High School and the Union County Career Center as a cosmetologist.
She has been married to Keith for almost 30 years and they have 3 children and 1 granddaughter. Michelle loves to camp and travel on the weekends. She likes making her clients feel good about themselves and has a soft spot for seniors. Michelle is confident in her haircutting and highlighting skills. She excels in men’s cuts too! We are so excited to have her at Felicity!
